Settings

Configure your company profile, user permissions, contact fields, and integrations

The Settings section is where you configure your account to match your organization's needs. From company information and branding to user permissions and integrations, settings control how your platform operates. Navigate to Settings in the left-hand menu to access any of the sections below.

Company

Manage your company profile including address, website, social media URLs, and customer information. These details power personalization tags you can use in messages such as {company_address} and {google_business_profile}.

User Management

Invite team members to your account and assign roles that control what each person can access. Roles include Admin, Manager, and User, each with different permission levels for campaigns, contacts, settings, and integrations.

Message Templates

Create and manage reusable message templates for campaigns and inbox conversations. Templates support merge tags for personalization and are shared across all users on your account, ensuring consistent messaging.

Contact Fields

Create custom fields to track additional data about your customers beyond the standard name, phone, and email fields. Custom fields can be used as merge tags in messages and as filter criteria for dynamic groups.

Appointment Types

Define the categories of appointments your organization offers. Each type can have its own name, duration, and linked reminder campaign so customers receive automated notifications before their scheduled appointments.

Webhook Integrations

Send real-time event notifications to external systems whenever specific actions occur in your account, such as a new customer opting in or a campaign being sent. Webhooks connect the platform to CRMs, automation tools like Zapier and Make.com, and custom workflows without requiring you to poll for changes.

API Integrations

Access your account programmatically using API keys. Developers can build custom integrations for customer syncing, automated message sending, campaign reporting, and more. Admin users manage API keys from this section.

Credits & Billing

View your current credit balance, understand how credits are consumed by SMS, MMS, and alert messages, and manage your subscription plan. Purchase additional credits or change plans as your messaging needs evolve. SMS messages cost 1 credit per recipient and MMS messages cost 2 credits per recipient.

Integrations

Connect your text messaging platform with external tools and services. The platform supports native integrations, API access, and webhook connections. Native integrations like Canva let you import designs directly into your asset library without downloading and re-uploading files.

Access Permissions

Settings access is controlled by user role:

  • Admin -- Full access to all settings, including integrations, billing, and user management.
  • Manager -- Access to most settings, but cannot manage API keys, webhooks, or billing.
  • User -- Limited access. Cannot modify account-level settings.
