Company settings define the identity of your organization within the platform. The information you enter here powers personalization tags, links shared in messages, and your team's account details.
Company Profile Fields
Company Address
Your company's physical address. This is especially useful for sharing directions or confirming your location with customers. You can insert your address into any text message by typing {company_address}.
Company Email
The email address associated with your company account.
Company Website URL
Your organization's website address. Include the full URL for easy sharing in messages.
Company Google Business Profile URL
Share your Google Business Profile in any text by typing {google_business_profile}. This works in campaigns and inbox messages. A great way to encourage customers to leave reviews or find your location on Google Maps.
Social Media URLs
Add your organization's social media profiles to make them easily accessible:
- LinkedIn URL
- Facebook URL
- Twitter/X URL
- Instagram URL
- Snapchat URL
- TikTok URL
These URLs are stored in your company profile and can be referenced in messages or shared through campaigns.
How to Update Company Settings
- Click Settings on the bottom left of your screen.
- Under Company, locate the field you want to update.
- Click the pencil icon on the right-hand side under Actions.
- Edit the field and save your changes.
Company Phone Number
Your account's text messaging phone number is displayed in the Company settings. This is the number that customers see when they receive messages from your account. The phone number is assigned during account setup and cannot be changed from this screen — customer your support team if you need to update it.
Company Name
Admin users can edit the company name from the settings. This name appears in your account and may be visible in certain message contexts.
Company Time Zone
Admin users can adjust the company time zone to ensure that scheduled messages, campaign timing, and reporting align with your local time.
Tips & Best Practices
- Complete all company profile fields during initial setup. The more information you provide, the more personalization options you have in your messages.
- Keep social media URLs up to date. If you change your social media handles, update them here so your links remain functional.
- Use personalization tags like
{company_address}and{google_business_profile}to save time and ensure consistency when sharing company information in messages.
