Asset Library

Store and manage images, PDFs, and media files for your text campaigns

The Asset Library is your central storage for images, PDFs, and media files that you use in MMS campaigns and inbox messages. Instead of uploading the same file every time you create a campaign, save it to your Asset Library and reuse it whenever you need it.

Key Features

File Storage

Upload and organize media files that you use frequently. The Asset Library supports images (JPEG, PNG, GIF), PDFs, and other common file types used in MMS messaging.

Quick Access from Campaigns

When composing an MMS campaign or sending a media message from the Inbox, you can pull files directly from your Asset Library instead of uploading from your device each time.

File Management

Rename, replace, or delete files from your library at any time. Keep your library organized by removing outdated files and updating assets as your content changes.

Supported File Types and Sizes

MMS messages have file size limits that vary by carrier. The platform automatically resizes your files to meet carrier restrictions, so you have one less thing to worry about. Supported formats include:

  • Images: JPEG, PNG, GIF
  • Documents: PDF
  • Other: customer cards (vCards)

If you have trouble with a specific file, try reducing the file size or converting to a different format. For files that will not upload, email the file to your support team for assistance.

How to Use the Asset Library

Step 1: Upload a File

Navigate to the Asset Library from the left-hand navigation. Click Upload and select a file from your device, or drag and drop the file into the upload area.

Step 2: Organize Your Files

Give each file a descriptive name so you can find it quickly when building campaigns. Consider naming files by their purpose — for example, "Spring-Event-Flyer" or "Company-customer-Card."

Step 3: Use Files in Campaigns

When creating an MMS campaign or sending a message from the Inbox, click the attachment icon and select Choose from Library to browse your saved assets.

Tips & Best Practices

  • Name files clearly so any team customer can identify the content at a glance.
  • Remove outdated files regularly to keep the library clean and relevant.
  • For promotional images, keep text on the image minimal — carriers may flag image-heavy messages as spam.
  • Test media messages by sending to yourself from the Inbox before launching a campaign with a new file.
